All her seniors already left already. She's the only one there
that's left. All the new ones cannot work.
Once she gets a much better and deserving offer, she'll jump
boat and that company will just rot.
She's already convinced, considering the fact that her main boss
doesn't appreciate her efforts and commitment to the job, no pay
rise, no promotions, but other people get more and work for
less.
They are also allowed to take unreasonable amount of leave, like
1 week and all. In the end leaving her without a choice but to come
back to work. One example is that CNY week. Some bitch took a week
off, came back ad complain not long enough.
I agree that her company is really very bad .. she really should
move on to another company which will pay more and don't get so
many shitty rules like the late for work and stuff .. and better
benefits!
